There’s something magical about visiting the theatre – young or old. This is especially true of Derby theatre’s production of Jack which creates the tale of Jack and the Beanstalk retold through the beauty of puppetry and music. Performed to a full house this morning, the brilliant adaptation of the timeless tale adapted by Mike Kenny and directed by Sarah Brigham hit the spot for the festive season.
Suitable for three year olds and families alike, the Little Lady left humming the tunes about ‘Wednesday night being dancing night’ which will have you tapping your foot along all afternoon and chatting enthusiastically about the Chicken and her golden eggs.
